Every user, on any plan, can now set their training-data choice in advance: starting September 9, 2026, Lovable may use customer data from Free and Pro plans for AI model training unless you opt out. Go to Account settings → Privacy and enable Data collection opt out . The setting covers only your own data and does not change the setting for other members of a workspace you belong to. Business and Enterprise workspace data is excluded from model training by default, so if every workspace you belong to is on one of those plans, the toggle shows as turned on and locked. Workspace admins and owners can still manage the workspace-level Data collection opt out in Settings → Privacy & security . See Training data and privacy for how the two controls work together.
